Epsom salt is a natural exfoliant and anti-inflammation remedy. It is used to heal wounds and treat illness and dry skin. You can also add it to your bathing water and it will work like a home-spa. Now place this warm cloth on the pimple for a few minutes. Hot compression softens the skin and will give relief to the pain. Repeat the same process twice a day to heal a pimple.

6. Hygiene
