As we know that fatty acids are good for the healthy brain. Fish is one of the best brain food because of its high fatty acids. Adding fish to your menu is good for your brain functions, so you should take it twice a week.
6. Acupuncture
Acupuncture is another alternative treatment that may improve mood and cognitive function. Apart from this it also has other health benefits, but make sure it should be a well-trained trainer only. Acupuncture also improves energy level, mood and stimulates the body.
