Spotting and Cramping

Sometimes after conceiving, the fertilized eggs attach to the uterus wall and this causes spotting and cramping also. The time period when this implantation bleeding happens is around the first or second week after the egg fertilizes.

However, the bleeding is not heavy or the cramps that resemble menstrual cramps are very slight. Many women thought that it is their period has started but that’s not periods. In some cases, along with bleeding some notice white, milky discharge also from the vagina.

There is nothing to worry if any woman experiences this until there is the bad smell, itching or burning sensation with this discharge. If there is anything similar then you must visit your doctor because it might be yeast or some bacterial infection.

Morning Sickness

Morning sickness is another sign of pregnancy that is commonly reported by many women. Nausea or morning sickness is mostly experienced between 2nd to 8th weeks after the conception. It is not necessary that a woman experiences vomiting, it can happen with or without vomiting also.

It is not necessary that nausea can be experienced in the beginning of pregnancy, many women face this in their first trimester, whereas, some experience it throughout the pregnancy and any time of the day.

Breast Tenderness

After conceiving, a lady experiences some changes in the body also. Changes in the breast are very common among all. While pregnancy, breasts swells, become sore or tingly week or two later. Breasts become heavier and fuller and even the area around the nipples get darken.

Though this change in breasts is not because of pregnancy, these changes can be for other reasons also. So if you are not pregnant and still feel any changes in your breasts then you should visit the doctor.

Fatigue

Tired without doing any work. Yes, you thought tight. This is also another kind of symptoms that happen during pregnancy. Most women feel fatigued from the very first week of pregnancy. This happens because of the high levels of hormones in the body. Apart from this, this happens because of low blood pressure, boost in blood products that cause fatigue in pregnancy.

Frequent Urination

A pregnant woman also experiences the problem of frequent urination. This starts around the seventh or eighth week after conception. Frequent urination during pregnancy happens because of the hormonal levels. On the other hand, frequent urination also happens because of diabetes, urinary infection or overusing diuretics.
